X-pipe quote, $750 parts and labor

Hi All: I received a quite for an x-pipe install, $750. Seems high?

You paid $750 total for those three items, or $750 each?

FYI-When I was research headers, I called three different places and each quoted between $1200 and $1300. Market rates for labor are really high in the DC area..
