Don't mind at all. I have had them for about 2 years waiting and trying to find a sc to put them on. Either the first gen or second generation. They were 3600.00 for the set. From Butler tire in atlanta. The first set I brought while I was in Iraq contracting. Guys were super honest and I did everything by the Internet then for the first set. Would definitely do business with them again. The guys name was David but he has left and the gentleman that trained him is there. His name is Wayne. Butler tire in marietta Georgia.

It's a voltage stabilizer. Not sure if it actually does anything, but it is supposed to provide better electrical grounding. I find it most useful as a voltmeter, since it shows when my battery is running low.
