Spare for 18s

So i see spare tire kits for the 17 wheels, but what about 18s?

is correct 17" even though the rest are 18". I have lexus tire kit and the spare is 145/40/17

If you look in the owners manual in my 2005 sc430 they show how to read the numbers on the spare and the picture shows 18 " wheel but I know the supplied wheel is 17 "

Everything i have seen says the kit is a 17, the spares that will fit the trunk are 17s, but the rims on my sc are stock 18s....no1 knows of an 18 spare that will fit in the trunk of an sc430?
