Default Spotted another sc430 at my school. Belong to anyone?

I was the only one with a sc430 at the university of Missouri- Kansas City. I spotted this today. Wondering if it belongs to someone on the forums.

I'm a UMKC alum (2006) and I've had an SC430 since 2002!! Back in the early 2k's when Twin Oaks was around and there was only one (dirty) dorm! I WAS the only SC430 back then! Guess we've got good taste! Haha. Try your hand at geolocation from the pics! Way to keep the legacy strong!

Haha. I can't seem to know where those photos were taken. Had the sc430 in 2002?! I have no doubt you were the only one! Lucky you. They were expensive then.

Nice silver SC! Idk whose it is, but I noticed it has some interesting mods. Looks like black pillars? Do you have any other photos?

Those photos are back behind the old dorm. You can see the Admin Building to the left and the old Twin Oaks Building before it was torn down on the right. Basically the stairway behind my car leads to Pizza 51. I lived on 53rd St and Brookside. Oh the memories. Anyway here's my car now. 13 years later and I still get just as many compliments...

I've seen two other SC430s down here with painted roofs (one in Naples, and another one in Ft Lauderdale). It makes a striking difference, depending on the color. The one in Naples was similar to this one - Silver with a black roof and very dark tinted windows - looked outstanding...made the entire car look significantly lower, even though it was at stock height.

The one in Ft Lauderdale was white with a dark red roof that looked like it had a textured finish. I think it was a 2007 Pebble Beach with red interior, but I saw it at a light & couldn't get the driver's attention before he took off. Very interesting look...don't know if I liked it or not.

I can see why the Eternal Jewels had different colored roofs as options - they make a huge difference in the looks of the car.

I had my roof wrapped in silver last year. Got the idea from pictures of the Eternal Jewel.
Very pleased with the outcome.

Thanks Bimmer.
I am not sure whether I should have done the A pillars and top of the screen, but I like the idea that when the top is down (not that often in 'sunny' London, unfortunately) it's all blue.

Silver or white may be a little 'bright' on black but how about a medium grey, classy?

Cheers

for my black I was thinking of one of the dark brushed 3m ones.. I have used steel and titanium on M3 interior.... Really liked the titanium!

I think the titanium would look great.

A few more ideas, but cant find a black with silver.

My favourite, white with silver 'A' pillars and white CF roof.

This was a member who polished his ali roof like chrome, amazing.

Black over silver

Textured red over white
