So, CEL/VSC/VSC Off lights came on and pulled into Auto Zone to pull P0051 code. Quick check online pointed to oxygen sensor, bank 2 sensor 1 as most likely cause. I remembered I had an extended warranty that the previous owner had purchased when he bought the car at a Lexus dealer and I had paid $50 to transfer. A review of the paperwork determined a $250 deductible per visit and the sensor was covered. I also noticed that stereo and speakers are covered so dropped off car at local dealer. Bottom line, sensor replaced under warranty, front 6X9's replaced under warranty. They could then determine that the sub woofer wasn't working and had that replaced under warranty as well. Speaker repair was on my list and based on the final bill, this is something you want to tackle on your own.

Glad to hear that you got it all taken care of. Yes, the speaker replacement is overly pricey at the dealer. I suspect that the same is true of the oxygen sensor.
