Bass is usually felt more than heard. You can trick the ear of the listener with some super Bass quality, without useing or having to install Bass speakers. No cutting, no drilling, no finding space. In an application that is small use BASS SHAKERS. They are found in movie theaters , home theater chairs. They are about $49.00 bucks a piece and will slid right under your car seat. The directions suggest you just screw into the floor pnel under the seat. I suggest removing a 4" diameter of the carpet and padding if your going to mount to floor BUT EVEN BETTER, with no cutting your carpet, mount under the seat to the seat frame , secure with HEAVY DUTY zip ties or use a coat hanger to secure them. They vibrate and will move if not secure. I have used these since the early 90's when I have no room in the car and the are always excellent. If you hook them up to an amp with a remote you can control the level of vibration for the type of music, VERY COOL ! They can be installed with the existing O.E.M. stereo, or Mark Levinson stereo as they don't have to be integrated. connect Separate line of existing bass either at output of stereo or at speaker level.
