That's pretty odd for a dealership name like Sewell. I've been a Sewell Lexus DALLAS customer since 2007 and everything have been great. I even go there sometime to just hangout and not spend money.

Default Car Sewell

I wrote Carl Sewell 2 days ago informing him of the situation. I received a call from the GM at Sewell Infinity yesterday. Its amazing the response time on a registered letter to the boss. He told me it was a big mistake on their part giving the car to a woman had had even qualified for a loan yet.

At least he acknowledged they screwed up. He mentioned he would give me a great deal if I saw anything on his lot. I think not. Their pretty much all infinity. Ill wait for my SC. Thanks to all.

OK. So he said basically, "trust me" I'll give you a great deal. His lips were moving which meant he was just trying to get another sale.

At least he called you, even though it probably was probably just to close the complaint file at Carl Sewell's office.

The day before the Ford dealer GM sold my car to someone else he said "profit is not a motive, customer satisfaction is." The day following that statement he personally authorized selling the car that I had a signed buyer's order on, to another customer.
