dose anyone make a radio upgrade that everything works including the steering wheeling controls? 2002

Beat sonic makes the harness that allows normal use of the navigation and steering controls but it is expensive, i found mine for about 270, only thing is that the steering wheel controls are for volume and fade only, not to change songs. you'll need to use steering controls for the volume instead of the headunit, installation was easy

this is all new to me.
will the Pioneer AVH-X4600BT work nice in are cars? what are the benefits of having the 2 dim? is this a job to do? what about the steering controls?
