My sc400 won't start it make a little click noise when I turn key the lights work but it don't crank how to fix for cheap??

First being with the basics.
Check the battery connections to ensure the positive and negative terminals are tight. Is the battery old, or new? If the battery is not the issue, it could be the starter.

Wrong forum, but one one of the few weeks spots on the sc400 is the starter going bad which sits in the v-valley. It's about a day to replace it for a knowledgeable shop. Of the few things that do go wrong with this car, that's about the most expensive thing to break.
