Default Rear Quarters... Rolled or Shaved??

After trying to do some research Ive been told and also read that the rear quarters were near impossible to roll. After dropping in my new suspension (Megan LPs) on Sunday, obviously need to still let suspension settle but having them rolled by a pro here in SD but he wants to know opinions on what it should be done. Were scheduled to roll on Thursday morning but want to get some insight for the rears as I know the fronts are nothing special. As you can see in the pics Im rubbing pretty good since no roll or anything has been done and I still haven't dropped the rear as much as I could, just enough to not rub ALWAYS as of now. Im running completely rebuilt Kranze Bazreias 19x10.5 FR (225/35/19) /19x11.5 RR (245/35/19) and fitment is perfect so I wouldn't like to camber or pull fenders or anything, and tires are as stretched as to what I consider them as "safe" as possible so don't want to have to clear doing camber/tire adjustments. Just want to find the best way to clear the tires from rubbing while modifying the fenders. Roll or shave? Please speak from experience! Barely had the car for almost 3 weeks now bought bone stock and this is where Im at now. Thanks in advance!!

Sorry for the pictures being sideways, even though they were taken straight on the fone, then rotated on Paint, and ALSO rotated on photobucket, they still came out sideway. Sorry for making you guys tilt your heads. Thanks

PS. What are you guys torqueing your aftermarket wheels down to or recommend, while using a 5" extension to obviously not damage wheels? Im torqueing these down to 85 ft lb. each lug

Miguel

If shave you have to weld when done so you don't get a split fender. Rolling is a little more difficult on the SC rear so you have to be careful and go slow in order not to dimple or deform the flat fender.

How low are you looking to go? fender lip with wheel lip?

Mine are very close too, about a finder tip width away.. with mid setting on coilovers I have been fine (over bumps and everything)... I cant go any lower, my tires are 255/35/20 in rear.. But i think we have close wheel width and offsets... I assume those are 11 inch wide with around 25 to 30ish offset?

Good point as far as the welding goes on the split metal Mark. Ok so trick is to slowly roll? Ill be telling that to my roller, kinda like my LS where rears must be carefully folled to prevent buckle by rear door. Ill be dropping maybe a bit less than an inch in the rear and maybe about another 1/2" up front. Andmy rear wheel specs are 19x11.5 +19.
