Speakers---Thank You Forum
Last year I replaced my OEM ML Radio with the BeatSonic harness, and a Pioneer Radio. I have been extremely satisfied with the results. The rear speakers, including the subwoofer were not working well. I took the advice of folks on this forum and purchased the repair kit and went to it. I took the back seat and side panels out, and removed the speakers. What happened next was unbelievable! The speakers totally disintegrated. I repaired the speakers with the kit, and the results were perfect. I couldn't believe how good the system sounded. It was unbelievable. Thanks to all on here for the advice and DIY's!

Mandy, I did not take pics! I am sorry...wasn't even thinking about it.
Hcstraub, here is one link I used. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-question.html
It is not difficult. You just need the confidence to do it. Take your time and you can do it. You need to start with the headrest. Take them off first. Then pop the bottom back seat (bottom)....it pulls right up from the front (bottom)...just lift it out, and then you discover the back top portion is head in place by 4 bolts, 2 at the top, 2 at the bottom. Take these out and and the top portion of the back seat will come out easy. This will expose the sub. 4 bolts hold the sub in place. Then, on the sides, the pictures you have will tell you where the screws are on this. By the way, once you take the head rest off, and get the back seat out, you can put your top half way down (or up). This will expose the 2 bolts on either side of the side panels...then just take the screws out. Take your time...
