ShawnOk, Barcardi, I also ordered the same sway bars from Sewell Lexus Parts.
- Front Sway Bar for GS300 part # 48811-30560 @ 28.6mm
- Rear Sway Bar for 2008 ISF part # 48812-30400 @ 17mm
I just finished sanding and spray painting them red. I also ordered the bushings from Prothane which are polyurethane or "urethane" for short. I used the Duplicolor spray (part # DE1653) I purchased from Pepboys for six bucks and change. The reason why I used this paint is because it has ceramic particles in the paint, and is heat resistant. The heat resistance properties are not required, I was looking for a hard bonding paint that is chip resistant, easy to clean and durable. I considered powder coating, but it was just too costly ($70). So a less than seven bucks expense was a no brainer.
- Front Bushing part # 18-1123-BL (BL is for black color) for 28.6mm fit
- Rear Bushing part # 19-1116 for 17mm fit. I ordered the red bushings for the rear.
The grease also comes with the bushing kit and are shipped as a pair. The 17mm bushings also come with the brass color metal bracket.
Once the paint cures completely I will work on changing out the OEM sway bars and upgrading with the new.

Well Guys
When I see shawn and darthsid and all you guys doing this great upgrade sway bar setup.
I know now I came up with one of the best bolt on setup for the 430sc.
The best part of this sway bar setup is it works great it did the trick and all doing it are HAPPY.
THE PAINT WORK LOOKS GREAT. I JUST LEFT MINE BLACK.

I just upgraded the sways on my car to TRD front & IS-F rear.
The end link mounting hole on the IS-F sway is larger then the stock bar. The stock end link bolt is smaller then the hole so it doesn't make solid contact. I replaced the stock end links with IS-F end links and now have a very solid connection.

Folks I was trial fitting the rear red urethane sway bar bushings (19-1116) and discovered they have a flatten side which will not work on the SC430. The rear sway bar housing on the frame is half dome, so the bushing must also have the same contours in order to fit properly. If you attempt the mod, you will need to purchase the bushings made for the ISF 2008, since it fits the17mm sway bar and is contoured for the bushing housing welded on the rear frame.

For others attempting the mod, I'm providing a picture of the OEM rear sway bar which is approximately 12 - 13mm in diameter. The ISF 2008 rear sway bar is 17mm in diameter and also comes with the bend in the middle to allow proper installation around the rear frame post. When I received my rear sway bar from Sewell Lexus it came with a cheap coat of black paint. I sanded the sway bar and added multiple coats of red Duplicolor engine paint because it contains ceramic particle and has a durable finish. I had to put my mod on hold until I receive the proper rear bushings I ordered from Sewell Lexus. Like will post more updates as soon as I receive my parts.

I never seen that before because I use the stock 2008 ISF bushings any way. good information on guys doing this upgrade.

As I didn't know that either during my install, my mechanic cut the old one at about 1/3 and used it as a base for the replacement one from Prothane. Would have been good to know this little tidbit before attempting the rear mod... oh well. If anyone finds the proper replacement part either on Sewell or eBay, please post here. I'd prefer PU rather than the ISF rubber.

Looking great guys. I wanted more performqnce so stuck with the TRD pair - powder coated blue. Will be out on the track in July with the upgraded rear TRD sway bar, Megan coilovers and the new Stop Tech BBK up front. Looking forward to the test on a different track with 22 curves at Summit Point WV.

did not know about the end links also thanks bcsc400. just ordered the rear sway bar links on EBAY for the 2008 ISF part # Mevotech MS86836 this will make the sway bar a solid fit now. nice links. see what happens when you rush things and don't look.

I was informed by Sewell Lexus and a local Lexus parts department the rear bushing for the ISF 2008 part # 4881830180 is out of stock, no supplies in North America for the next week or two. Needless to say this item is on back order. If you are also planning on removing the muffler, you will also need to order the gaskets (x2). Also use some rust penetrating lubricant (WD-40 works great). It helps when removing the four rear bolts/nuts. I decided to remove the rear muffler because it makes it a lot easier to remove the rear sway bar. While inspecting the underside I noticed the muffler could use a coat of fresh paint. There are four bolts and four rubber o-rings holding the muffler in place. Once I removed the muffler, I also removed the exhaust tips (x2) and polished them by hand. I used scotch pads to sand the muffler and vacuum to clean up the paint dust. Finally, I applied one can of Duplicolor (DE-1635) semi-gloss black paint. Refer to the picture below. BTW the paint is also heat resistant up to 500 degrees; it also has ceramic particle to make the paint durable. More updates on the mod to follow once I receive my bushings.
