its just held in by 4 10mm bolts, you start by lifting the arm rest, then pop up the seat warmer part then the trim around the shifter and the lighter housing. Then you want to pop off the AC controls. That will expose all 4 bolts. After that it slides out. Mask off the leather around the unit or you will scratch it up.

If your unit is damaged I can cut you a deal on mine- i just upgraded to a pioneer aftermarket deck and my oem head unit only had 13k of usage on it. I am sure it has lots of life left in it for someone.

I would be interested in your unit. How much delivered to 92061?

Greetings, regarding your upgrade to the Pioneer unit, can u provide thoughts, impressions, etc. I've been exploring but the "smart" guy at the dealership has just about talked me out of it. Assume u did the install? I've got a 2006 PB. Thanks
