Default Spark plug gap?

I have a 1992 sc400, 2003 Toyota sequoia, and 2002 sc430. I have replaced the spark plugs on these cars and some others but have never incountered this situation... The gap for the sc430 on a Denso PK20tt is .044(current plug in car) when I removed the first plug on the passenger side it was at .050 with 2 years in the car, all of the other plugs were at .044. Is that normal or should I be concerned? in the past the gap has never had that large of a variance. The plug looks like the rest when it comes to color and no cracks at all. Overall the car feels and sounds great and no ck engine light.
Thanks

The plugs are pre-gapped, do not know how you ended up with 0.050. Di you measure correctly. No worries you have it right now..

It is very possible that when the plugs were installed, that one with the wrong gap got into the mix.
