Default Amp repair

All,

So it seems I need to get my amp fixed - and the only instructions to remove the amp, I think are here:

post 5.

Is this correct? Is it really that complicated?

Many thanks.

Removing all the trunk dressing isn't that difficult. Takes only about 15 minutes. In regards to actually removing the amp, I can see it being pretty hectic. I installed my NavIKS and remember how complicated and confined the amp and wiring harnesses were in the trunk. Check out my thread on "DVD Media Integration," for some photos (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-naviks-2.html. Post 17)

I have battery drain problem on my 2001 sc 430. After remove the fuse 30A for the Radio 2, it seems the drain stopped and I can start the car after sitting for 2 weeks. This fuse is for the ML amp. It sounds fine when I run the car with the fuse 30A inserted. I need to inspect the MK amp and need more pictures to show me how to do it.
