I was able to pull up the Lexus service history on the new SC via the My Lexus web site. Looks like the car has had 2 oil changes (the last one was at 7500 miles)) and did have the tires rotated at 5,000 miles. I know there's a 10,000 mile service planned in the book, so I'll probably just let my local Lexus guys give the car a good look and do the minor 10,000 mile maintenance.

The car has some sort of Battery Tender permanently installed next to the battery. I imagine the previous owners needed that due to how infrequently they must have driven the car. I'll definitely make use of it over the winter!

Oh nice! Extra set of floor mats! Okay, look and see if there's a Lexus/Pebble Beach carry on leather bag also then. Since the previous owner left the floor mats, he/she might of left the bag for you too. Haha

Alas, no Pebble Beach Carry on Leather Bag included... Oh well... Guess I'll have to settle for the second set of spiffy floor mats!

I would stay with an 06 as there are not much differences...Major facelift was done for 2006.

Take that $23K in trade on your `06 and use that to get yourself a Boxster S. Just my 2-cents...
