Dash "Bubble"

Dash "Bubble"
So I've recently noticed a small "bubble" forming on the passenger side of my dash above the glove box. I have no idea what this can be from or what could have caused it. I'm hoping that it doesn't have anything to do the with the airbag recall. I've attached photos is anyone has any thoughts or ideas or even repair tips. Seems quite odd. Thanks in advance.

I have one on the rear deck panel package tray, you can only notice it with the top down but mine is a much larger area than this. More like a 2"-3" circle. I have been trying to think of a way to fix it but the only way I could think other than stripping the material off and replacing it is to put a small hole and try some 3M adhesive and I don't see that coming out well. Maybe if you had a nozzle with like a tube used on a WD40 can and could direct it behind the material but I still see that being messy. Or possibly taking the tray out and trying something from the backside. If I do I will post up a write up about it. Otherwise big $$$ to the upolstery shop.

There are a couple of threads covering how folks have fixed the rear deck in the past. It seems like the last one was within the last couple of years.

Took on the repair today with two large 6" C clamps, a 1/2 inch piece of shim wood, and some Loctite Stik 'n Seal from Home Depot. I took off the wood trim and taped off the area using painters tape. Then I removed the glove box to allow it to hang very wide. I then spread the glue under the vinyl that was failing using a bent paperclip to get up to the separation point. I then lined up the 1/2 inch wood so it would apply pressure to the vinyl evenly and then clamped using two clamps that tightened up right under the glove box latch. Tight fit, but got it to work. Pretty happy with my results. I also cleaned up the "overspray". Check the pics..
It's hard to tell from the angle, but it does look a lot better.
