Default Left side mirrior motor.
My left side mirror, motor will move left and right but it will not move up and down. Is there a DIY way to fix this? Is it a motor problem? Can I buy the part on Amazon and fix it? Thank you in advance for your replies.

Mirror motor or door lock motor search on amazon. Open and replace motor. Easy fix

No. There are various motors for sale on Amazon. You first need to open your mirror then find it's match.
