Default SC430 Master Window Switch DIY

Have an issue on an earlier model car.
2003 SC430.

Anyone have a diy for this piece?
Is it easy to get at? Last but not least, is my only option to replace the darn thing?

Thanks in advance

it's working, except intermittent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Cleaned the contacts with wd-40 it seems to have fixed it a little bit but then it stops working again after a week.
Order the parts on eBay. Hoping it will arrive soon.

You have not answered my question. What switch is working do you mean all of the door switchs are intermittent door lock, windows , window lock out. window one click up and down ?? If all are affected then it sound odd that everything has failed . If it is one switch then check for a loose wire on the connector . Contact cleaner is different from wd 40. I think wd 40 is really not so much for electric contact cleaning

I am at a total loss since I still do not know what you mean. i know you said the drivers side .Does this mean that none of the switches in the master control are not working ?? If that is the case I would suspect another failure other then the switch.

Like MrBlister, I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for, but here are some links that might be helpful.

Here is a link to a YouTube SC430 Speaker repair video :
At time mark 4:14 it shows the removal of the drivers door window / locks control switch assy.

Here is a link to another to a SC430 Speaker install : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lex...all-sc430.html While it is the passenger door, the top three pictures show the switch panel removal.

The leather is very thin in this area, so use caution when releasing / removing the control panel. There is only one connector to disconnect.
