I'd make a call to the Lexus dealer who sold it to you and ask being they it just reached 90k did they do the 90k service.

Edit; let me add, if it was sold without this service being done I would call Lexus Customer Care and ask for their assistance.

Every car sold should go through a PDI, Pre Delivery Inspection where I would think all required service should be checked and completed. It's not like you bought a Yugo. You bought a Lexus from a Lexus dealer.

Good luck. FYI, 90k service usually runs $1,000+..

Congratulation and welcome to the CL. One of my first mods was changing the pie plates for star covers ... Then later new wheels. Lots of reading to do here but you will find all sorts of mods. Have fun!

^ + 1. Follow up on this suggestion. For that price (15.9k for a car with 91k miles), westside should include the 90k service!

Good luck and welcome.

Once you have the TB done, you will be good for another 90K miles. Be sure to check your cabin filter if you haven't already done so. Take lots of pics of your ecru / black diamond stitching. Can't wait to see that done!!

Its Auto...They fix the tranny Problem when they made the 07-08 Models...when i say cheap i bought it for 10k...

lol it just sits in the back of the driveway as we speak...i only take it out when i go to church on sunday or im traveling somewhere far..

as for modding the TL-S ..i plan to do interior only...keeping that car as close to stock from the outside as possible...gonna get some tint soon...screens...nav tool...external video source...maybe a carcomputer im still debating...basically a family car

now the SC430 is different...i plan on bagging it soon...just havnt pulled the trigger yet...most definately getting the E level but i dont know what suspension i want yet...still doing research etc...i want close to stock as possible..but still able to lay frame when i park

wowzerzz..10k is hella cheap for a TYPE -S. Salvage?! That's crackhead prices man. How do you know they fixed the auto trannys from years 07 - 08, info on Azine? Anyway.. can't wait for your SC to be bagged bro. Let me know what brand you go with, I might just keep the SC430 and sell my LS430 UL.. Still deciding -_-

Update on sc AND the tl when you can bro
