Our Lexus SC430 is often criticized by car journalists for its handling characteristic for a sports car. But evaluating it from the proper perspective - that its primary objective is that of a luxury cruiser, its value is indeed unrivalled.
Canada's car guide magazine decided to put SC430 in "Prestige Car" category rather than "Sports/GT"category for its annual awards and it came out on top from votes by editors and readers.
Although the new Mercedes SL500 has a less polarizing exterior styling than the SC430, I have in two occasions saw the two cars parked side by side, and the SC430's superior build quality/fit and finish immediately become obvious - it looks just as stunningly beautiful, if not more, compared to the SL500, IMO as well as many of my friends,.
