I know there are many people swap their headlights, taillights with the facelift sc430. Just wondering if it is possible to swap facelift speedometer in to a 2003 sc430?

Anything is possible with the right amount of time, money and effort. If you are asking if it is a simple plug and play swap similar to the head and tail lights, it's not.
I am making an assumption that you want to upgrade to the electo-luminescent speedometer that came with the 06-10 year models. Besides having different connecting modules, there are other differences such as a six speed transmission and AFS. But, anything is possible with the right amount of time, money and effort.

Would it be an hard job to swap in the electo-luminescent speedometer? Will everything works fine? Has anyone done that before? As for the AFS, if I swap the 06-10 headlights in, will the AFS works?

AFS will not work without ALL of the system components. The 06 headlamps are only a small part.

As to the speedometer...I believe one member attempted this and failed and then could not return the "new" speedometer. With a ton of effort and expense you would need the wiring schematics for both version, purchase and or make the appropriate connectors/adapters. But its just my opinion, nothing more.
