Default Resonator delete--- cons??

I've seen multiple threads about resonator deletes, but none have really answered if there are any cons to doing it. I have done custom piping with 2 new mufflers already, and I'm just looking for more of a full exhaust sound. So are there any cons with doing a resonate delete?

All I saw in the threads is if you don't like the sound you might have to put them back so keep that in mind with the removal.

My concern with any aftermarket exhaust or exhaust modifications would be highway drone. Not sure if you get it cutting out the resonators.

Resonator removal adds a nice deep note at 2-3K rpm in first gear and a little in second after that it's inaudible.

I drive 80+ for 1 hr everyday.

Drone could be an issue, but it shouldn't make the car too loud if you're just deleting the resonators. Since you already have custom piping, it should make it a little bit louder.

I have a little drone already with my new mufflers, at about 1800 RPM. So I'm a little used to it. I just want a better V8 sound throughout higher revs, rather than just up to 2000. I've seen videos of new mufflers and the resonator delete, but I am just wondering if the drone is worse at all with both things done.

i have a custom made muffers made by Dr Gas .com left the res. on very sweet sound. no drone because i kepted the res. could'nt deal with any drone. the car would be i think to loud with them off, that i don't want. i run an X pipe were the center cat. was and then to the res.

Maybe I am thinking that drone is something it is not. Like I said, at about 1800 RPM, the exhaust is very loud and consistent. Is that the drone? Or is drone like a whining noise?
