CV1s remind me of a more concave ISF wheel, i have the same color SC as you and I have chrome staggard 2IS wheels with spacers, looks great and im only dropped on tte springs. However Ive also test fitted the ISF wheels and they would look great especially if you to the 19x9 all around

I've thought about springs, but heard that they age the struts faster. Did the ISF rims look great without the spacers and springs? Or did you test them with the spacers and springs?

I have Vossen's on my first gen IS, I know the fitment is different from an SC430 to an IS but I would def. recommend looking into Vossens. I'm a college student too and don't have money for coils either. I running tokico illuminas and tanabe gf210's with 19x8.5's and all i've had to do was shave the rear fenders and I need to pull the front..besides that, they're running great! I've had my Vossen's on for about 3 months and I haven't had any issues with vibrations. For the price and the quality, it's a good option

Unless you are only talking about the wider tires on 9" all around, the SC430 with ISF wheels (either 19x9 or 19x8 all around ) will look pretty the same fitment wise because of the offsets.
