Wow, aquanuke. Think I will leave mine dirty for the meet at the Ace, can't compare with yours.
Probably the best shine I have ever seen, looks like glass, what did say you were using?

Best regards

Steve

Thanks

I only do a big polish and wax once per year and normally takes me 4-5 days. As I never used the car for about 8 months was in pretty good nick. So just a small 2 day polish and wax

I used a Megs G220 DA polisher
Menzerna Power Finish (PO85RD3.02) polish
Menzerna Final Finish (PO85RD) polish
PoorBoys Black Hole - glaze
Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish - Gloss magnifier sealent
and Chemical Guys - Butter Wet Wax

And im going to give it a last wax coat with some Dodo Juice Purple Haze.

Ive never detailed a light coloured car until last week when me and tsachiti detailed his silver SC and although we got a good shine and he was very chuffed I was a little disappointed with the lack of reflections.

I did delve deeper and pretty much silver is the hardest to get that mirror like shine does also depend alot on what shades. You have to really work hard jewelling and bevelling the paint to get those mirror like reflections.

Walk in the park with a black car

Aquanuke's "quick wax" is very similar to the bill of goods Liquid SC tried to sell us with his "quick pic" after he got his wheels! LOL

Looks fabulous! Simply amazing.

That looks fantastic. Shame mines a daily driver else I would also spend 4 days polishing and waxing her!!

Great job.

I clay and polish every 6 months but I do wax every 1-2 months depending on how much rain we get.

Looks good mate makes me wish my car was black. It almost looks like black chrome. Also loving your stance. What offsets are you using? Interested in polishing my black LS LOL you can come across the pond and make a vacation out of it

LOOK GREAT
Aquanuke did you clay your car first as your car has a great finish, Black is a great colour to detail?

Steve you could use the same dodo juice as Aquanuke it is used on dark cars Steve you need a g200 polisher but your need to put a whole day aside to detail it.

Another great polish for our English harsh weather is Collinite it last better than the Dodo Juice so is ideal to apply now ready for the winter months but Dodo is so much easier to apply and give a great finish just imo it just does not last as long...
