Is there an upgrade kit for the 2006 to dial by voice command?

I have a 2006 SC430. When I display the help options for voice commands, I do not see anything listed for controlling the telephone. Is there an upgrade kit that I can buy that would enable dialing by voice? None of the commands on the downloadable cheat sheet work for my vehicle (dial, dial by number, dial by name).
