Is there a menu of choices when it comes to suspension fixes?

Default Is there a menu of choices when it comes to suspension fixes?

Hi everyone,
I just took the Lexus out of storage from the wisconsin winter, and I have to say I love this car!

I need to do something with the suspension. I don't have run flats and the rough Wisconsin roads mean everything is felt and is jarring. I may just want to replace the fronts. Can you all point me in the direction for possible avenues I could take:

1) replace with Lexus oem Struts, from my estimates this is a $700 job with $500 in parts and $200 in labor. This is through a local independent mechanic.
2) replace with bilstein shocks from a GS... I dont know if this would work or not.
3) replace with coilovers. This is more expensive as I would need to do front and rears and the installation would be a bit more involved and I would need an alignment.

Am I missing anything? And what do folks with rough roads do with their sc from across the country?

Bilstein just finished my front Sport Dampers they are a direct fit. They are working on the rears, to fit my 430sc. They are from GS300.
