I found several interesting items while looking at the Toyota Soarer web page.

The soarer has a "no back seat with storage containers" option.
The soarer comes with red leather interior as well and saddle, black, and exru.
The soarer has an optional center hub for their wheels, which is no improvement if you ask me.

I was always told the back seat was there primarily to put the car into a more favorable insurance rating group for its owners.

Red leather (with red carpeting) was included on the Neiman Marcus SC430, there's one on eBay right now if you're curious.

Finally, don't worry, in early '03, there will be a "wheel conversion kit" for new hubs that show off the five spoke design of the wheels. There's some pics on this board. I'm guessing they're the same ones, except with a Lexus logo in place of the Soarer, since the standard hubs are identical on both.
