if you want my 2$ the answer is no. save your money. the 430sc is not made to be a race car. its a classy car. there much better things you could spend your money on for this car. stepping on the gas and the car don't move till 2800 or 3000 grand in a 430sc is not the way to go. i gave you my 2$.

smart move, can't see you wasting your money. we are the same boat. thats why i'm spending my money on my exhaust, headlights and tailights, rims maybe a body kit who know, i'll wait and see. to me supercharging the 430sc is a wast of my money sound nice but big bucks, that i'll never get back. i know some of the guy cars on here are something to look at. thats why i'm trying the sprint booster only for that dum lag that bothers me.. our cars are not race car. hot rodding them would be a wast of a great car. i love racing, had my 93 supercharged vett. 584hp and 568 tq at the rear, ran 10.2, 128mph at englishtown. car was stolen last year in carlisle pa. at the vett. show. i'm 68 an still can't get it out of my blood and i had a stroke 3 years ago. been racing oner 40 years. i know what work and what don't. our cars are for show not go. it boils down to how much money you have to burn or want to.

Sorry to hear about the vette, sounds like it was a lot of fun. I considered getting another car solely for racing (the new Nissan GTR is on my wish list) but I don't have the money for it, so I'm trying to make the SC have more zip to it. I'm almost done with the mods on mine, of course I'm saying that now, but down the road I'll probably want something else haha You should buy my rims, I paid a lot more than what they're listed for.
