I would say that "whats been up since 2007?" Is a priority one question for the seller. I would not completely write it off though. The current owner obviously never took it to Lexus but I wouldn't totally write it off either. Perhaps it could be a good bargaining chip. I don't take mine to the dealership Pohanka Lexus charges a fortune (duh). Plus since I look younger than I am and I am a gal they treat me like I am driving daddy's car. Would all other mechanics report too?

Well, not everyone service their car in the dealership. If the guy own a shop or his friend own a shop, dealership in not necessary.

I barely bring my car back to the dealership cause they charge 200% more money & time then my friend's shop. They quote me $1850 for the 90K maintenance with Timming belft & water pump replacement. However, my friend's shop quote me $800 parts & labor. A annual inspection, oil change, filters, & tire rotation in the dealership take 6~8 hour ($175) VS. 1 hour, $60 at my friend shop. BUT I DO USE Genuine FACTORY PARTs!!

As long as it never involve in an accident......I won;t hesitate to buy....just bring it to a shop to inspect it.
