Default What if I just do front sway bars

Ok guys so im realizing that TMEngineering and Daizen are like non existant and they happen to be the only people that make the SC430 sway bars (correct me if im wrong). I also understand that our front sways would be interchangable with those from a GS set. If i put sways on only the front will this improve my cornering? Or is it a waste of time and I should just wait for front and rear?

Thanks all!!!!!

You will still feel a performance gain, my rear daizen bar snapped and I threw on the stock one while i was getting it repaired and for the most part it still feels pretty good, under hard cornering you can tell that the rear does not feel as planted as it use to be its not that noticeable at all.

I would say go for it, you've got nothing to lose. worse come to worse and you hate it you can always sell it back to someone with a GS.

Let us know how it works out if you buy it. I know you were looking at coilovers too.

Would the front sway bar would be better for handling than a set of coilovers? Which would be better bang for the buck, front sway bar is $500 (on TME website) or Megan EZ coilovers for $650 (from CL dealer).

front and rear sways for the sc430 were 550 shipped from TME but I dont even think they are available. Coilovers should be around 250-300 dollars on top of what your paying for the coilovers and shipping to be installed so at its cheapest your looking at a grand. From what I hear sway bars are easy to install for a shop so the install is inexpensive.

Does anyone know the model GS that corresponds to our front sway bars?

Daizen is OUT OF BUSINESS, there is no way you can get a set of sways unless its from someone who already has them. Daizen has not manufactured any sway bars for a few years now.

My suggestion is do the coilovers 1st, you will notice the most improvement there, once you have lowered the car get the sways.

Where are you guys getting these sway bars from? The ones specifically for the SC430 are no longer manufactured, and no retailer has it for sale.

Are you buying it used, or are you getting the ones for the GS? If the GS, which year/model? Has anyone had success with fitting the GS on an SC430? Where did you buy the GS and is it still available?

other people have said the GS300 sway bar is a direct fit...Sewell lexus sells the TRD Front sway bar for 255 shipped. That is what I am buying.

Is it safe to say the GS350 TRD front sway bar is beefier than the stock SC430 (I don't know if you just want to upgrade or if you broke your stock)?

Anyone know if the GS4<X>0 is will fit and if it is beefier (I know the IS350 is larger in diameter than the IS250)?
