Wald & 19" or 20" and lowering?
#16
mine could go even lower, but the tires are tucked in nicely. the only limitation how low you could go would be your offsets. if they're very aggressive, you'll get rubbing at some point. you'd either have to roll your fenders then. or go back up a little. i'm lowered about 1.5 in the front a 2 inches in the rear. i could another .5 - 1" all around. i just didn't want the completely slammed look. gets a little ricey in my opinion.

My car is set up pretty low to begin with but the wald kit makes the front clearance a fair amount lower to the ground. If you decide to lower the car and have this kit be prepared to use angles when going up and down driveways/entrances/speed bumps. I’ve had this setup for about 6 years now and you’ll get used to driving like this fairly quickly after scraping the first time.

Dang, that really is a beautiful SC. I'd like to lower mine but leave bodywork and wheels stock.
It sounds like the Tein CS is the way to go. Might I ask, having not done research yet, any advice on where to purchase?
And, since it's adjustable, are there issues where the car doesn't sit evenly?
Thanks,
~Natalie

When you "had" your SC? Why did you sell it? Looked like another sweet ride! What front lip is in the one pictured?

After the SC, I ended up getting a 4-door M3 (no family but I have always loved sedans) and then a GTR. I have to admit though, when I see a SC, my eyes are still drawn to it because I do miss it, *sigh.
P.S. Long time no talk Richard. Hope all is well.

Dan_K is the most generous guy I've known here on CL.
He gave me his Soarer emblem set, Tom's scuff plate, and JDM nonsmoker box all for free.
He even offered to give me the oem repair manuals.
I'll definitely pass these stuffs and some of my rare JDM items to the next lucky SC430 member when my SC retires.
The good things about Wald kit, it is popular and timeless.
The bad thing is the Wald knock-offs are all over on eBay selling only at 50%-60% off the msrp.
