I recently started to change all of my interior lights for LEDs and I didn't find an FAQ article for bulb fitment.
I figure it would be useful for all of our members here that are interested in swapping or replacing current bulbs.

If there's already an article like this,
please take this down mods.

I don't have ALL of the bulb codes at this moment,
so if you can contribute, feel free.

INTERIOR:

Dome light:
2x BA9S or 1895

Door lights:

Vanity Lights:
2x 31mm 3175 (Mini-vanity size only)

Floormat lights:

Glove compartment light:

Well I'm finding this thread quite useful... sorry to bring up a thread that's forever old but thanks!

Has anyone done v-leds on the car yet? I'm considering swapping over for them.

...I haven't done the whole car in Vleds, but I like there product & when i finish the led upgrade, Vleds is what I'll be using

I replaced many of the interior lights in my SC and my RX several years ago, and at that time I found that I could not always rely on the sellers' web pages. What I had to do was get the dimensions of each lamp and the dimensions of the compartment (to be sure that the new lamp will fit inside), then make a note of the format of the lamp, and use this data to find the appropriate lamp. One or two of the sellers have web sites that list the dimensions for each lamp, and I found this procedure to be well worth the effort. The function on the web pages that give you a list of the lamps for various locations in the car is incomplete and not always accurate - I'm not sure why, but I had to return several and exchange them after getting the info described above. The extra light from the LEDs is wonderful.
I note that this was several years ago, and perhaps the sellers' sites are more accurate now, but I found the replacements to be well worth the effort.

This is excellent also. I use VLEDS in my IS and I am completely satisfied with their products. I think they're just built really well and emit tons of light and it's awesome. (not a rep or anything of course).

Regular dome bulbs definitely are awful.

It's good to know that someone else has the same impression of the Vled bulbs, as I do. I've purchased a few other brands and had issues with them flickering,not working after a few weeks,etc...but I tried Vleds & really liked them.
