Thanks for the comments guys. The rear piece is the Blitz Carbon Diffuser. I believe it may be the only one in the US. The CE28's are 19x9.5 all around. As for the photos, I took them at a corporate plaza (in Lincolnshire?) It was super empty on the weekend, and I think imma go back after I buy a real camera.
