Who has chromed their SC430 rims? (the stock ones) How much did it cost you? (If I may ask) ....and how happy are you with the results and did you get any kind of warranty? I like the look of the stock wheels chromed but have been warned about durability of chroming not being the greatest. I'd like to hear from folks that have done this, have driven a while and are happy. (or if your unhappy, please let me know that too).

i got mine from the dealer already chromed..i have been driving it around for 3 months now and i am soo happy with it. My SC430 is Egyptian Sand Pearl color..

Looking for more info on chroming my stock rims. Should I go thru a Lexus dealer or look elsewhere?

Any recommendations in the SF Bay area would be appreciated.

Your pic shows factory chromed. Are these 18"? Your post says that you changed to 19's. BTW, very nice pic.

AFAIK, chroming wheels makes them more brittle. of course, if you like the look, i guess it is worth the tradeoff.

Has anyone heard of Wheel Creations in Fresno, CA for chroming? They have a package deal for $192 per wheels including the aftermarket chromed center piece replacement because the stock one apparently cannot be chromed easily because it is plastic. Has anyone gotten their wheels done by them? I hear there are really one about 3 or 4 places in the country that do a good job on chroming.... 1 in LA, 1 in Fresno, CA and one in Florida is all I have heard about. Anyone else?
