This is the cheapest I've found on the web lately... though the prices change every day... I've seen prices range from $1,300's-1,900's this month alone.

they raised their price a couple months ago. you used to be able to find them as low as $1250. now the lowest is more like $1800. sites that have them lower probably haven't updated their price yet.

I've been considering the Tein's but, I'm confused about the adjustable damping rate. When I do a search for Tein's that are compatible with the SC430, I get one model...and it says these are "not EDFC compatible". But, I've seen guys with SC430's that have the EDFC. If I can't adjust the damping rate from inside the car, I don't think they're worth the $$$. I like the idea of firming up the ride but, when the wife's got the car, she's going to want the floaty "Lexus" ride so, I need the adjustability.

Anyone know the story on the EDFC with the SC430?

The EDFC unit is purchased separately from Tein coilovers, allowing you to select the suspension of your choice and upgrade to EDFC at a later date if compatible.

Default Two Different Tein CS Part numbers

Hi Guys,
I am also looking to purchase a set of the Tein CS Coilover Shocks, I just wrapped 125,00 Kilometers and the stock shots have seen better days. Also trying to get a good deal, but I am a little confused as I am finding two different part numbers:

The first one is the one you quoted:
DSY88-R1SS3
This is from www.autocarparts.com and is listed at $ 1453.50 Free Shipping

The second one is on www.ebay.com at the moment:
GSY88-KUSS3
Ebay Auction: 160236747801
They are listed at $ 1938.00 with a $ 65.00 Shipping cost

It would be great to get some of our performance SC430 guys to clarify this.
I suspect that the more expensive one has the ability to add the additional internal control but the first one does not, just a hunch.

Cheers
