Has anyone else ever had their trunk lid scratch their bumper? As I lower the top the trunk just rubs more the top edge of the bumper. It must be adjustable, as a search here didn't result in any hits. But it would be most amazing if this is the first time it's ever happened.

I am not too worried, as it has really just rubbed the clearcoat, and I am sure I can polish it out once I take it in and have it adjusted a bit.

That's interesting and certainly something I have never heard of. Must be just misaligned. But the question then is how? Has the vehicle ever been in an accident? What model year SC do you have? Sounds like something i'd have Lexus take a look at. Good luck!
