Is this really true? If you keep stock ride height or just a bit lower (not as much as most posters on the site) could you avoid having to roll fenders?

What offset would you want anyway?

The g35 350 forums are a very good place to look. They love maya rims and larger jdm rims. Another place someone might want to consider when looking for these is ebay honestly. I was able to get some 19x10.5 19x9.5 for a good price for one of my other cars. I always see atleast a couple ones up there even though most are euro fitment lambo, porsche, and so on.

If you stayed stock height then I dont see as large as a problem. Im about to pick up some Work wheels.

19x9.5 +24 and 19x10.5+22. I will post how fitment will be soon I hope.

Nice wheels, but your fitment of your rims on your SC is more aggressive now than what your getting? In any event, your car looks sick !

Sorry to bring an old thread back form the dead. I tried to PM TLW but there was no option for him.

I'm wondering if this offset worked out ok?

I also plan to keep it pretty much near stock level (the body of the car to the ground). Except I will be using 20s instead of 19s.

Default Mayas on my SC

These are my Mayas. They are 20's with 9's on the front and 11's on the back. No scraping or rubbing at all. I was told the wheels were designed for the SC-I believe it. I bought them from a CL member (Dan) for $1500 with new tires. He gave me a bargain. Sold my original wheels for $700. Not a bad upgrade for $800! GL with your search

Sorry-I didn't notice. Are you happy with them? Any changes you would have made if you had to do it again?

i looked at many, many wheels before i decided on the works. for my personal taste, they're the perfect wheel. at first, i thought i wanted a 5-spoke design. but the more i looked at them, the more i thought they didn't quite look right on our car. i think they look better on more aggressive designs. or SCs with aggressive body kits. to my eye, a full-faced wheel looks more elegant.

part of the decision also had to do with brakes. i decided that if i got an open face wheel, i would need to get a BBK. i took a look at my stock brakes and rusted rotors and unfinished, grey calipers weren't going to cut it. so that would have added a pretty significant cost.

my only worry is that my wheels are out of production now. so if i ever damage one beyond repair, i'll probably have to buy a complete set of something else. it would be next to impossible to find a used one in the correct size.
