Yeah I believe its normally $1060 a month for 36 months @ 12k miles per year so....15k miles may be more like $1200 a month. This is of course with nothing down and includes tax and etc. I put a large chunk of money down so the payments are obviously lower.

How in the world did you get it to $775 a month? If it was your downpayment, than you put way to much. Your losing money that way. In a lease you should put the least amount of money possible, if possible nothing at all.

What in the world is multiple security deposits!?!? Never heard of it, how do they gain from it? You are saying that you get your deposit back???? I didn't put anything down on mine. Are you 100% sure that you get your deposits back?

Lexus offers a deal on a lease whereby you are allowed to make multiple security deposits. Since I was a returning Lexus customer, no deposit was "required' but I chose to put 10 $500.00 deposits to buy down the lease rate. The deposits are 100% refundable and will either come back to me, or be used toward the purchase. My belief is to NEVER make a traditional downpayment on a lease, as you can see the multi-deposits was the way to go.
It's a great program and I took advantage of it...
