i think i finally settled on the proper tires...
after much debate and self exploration
with the 20x9/20x11 im going with D2's reccomendation. i was orginally adament about using falken FK452's and ill be getting them in 245/30/20 and 285/30/20 there will be a slight difference in sidewall, but not horribly noticible. ill try to get these mounted as soon as i can and post up some pics as there arent any in circulation with these particular rims on an SC. thanks for all your help guys.

really trying to keep the front from rubbing. plus, the slight stretch on the rear tire should match the front sidewall height. if it doesnt work out, i guess ill be returning them and getting the 35s

You need at least a +33 offset (+36 recommended) to run 295/30/zr20 tires on a 11" rim for the rears. No fender modification required. The lining will have to be trimmed, pretty standard for 20's. Why stretch the tires when you don't have to. Doesn't look very good to me....
DMAN63 is running a +23 offset which explains the fender rolling.
