Default Tom's exhaust installed

Another unpopular item on this forum I just purchased.

This Tom's exhaust came a lot quicker than I had expected.
Ordered it on Monday and received it today via EMS directly from Japan.

Well..I haven't really driven it a lot yet because both tips are a little too close to my Answer's rear lip.
I like the way it is, but the shop owner suggests that I should have them lowered a tad more tomorrow so it won't burn the paint.

Well..it is even quieter than Blitz for sure and sounds just like stock.
For those who are looking for more sound effect, Tom's is probably not the one you should buy.
I have the sound clip, but I don't think I need to post it.

That model in the pics actually asked the shop owner to borrow my car for her next photoshoot.
She said she would do the photoshoot only he can get her my car, BMW 645 or MB E55. something like that. haha

I think it looks real good. It flows really well with the rear lip. We need more pics of your car, with or without the model

Rich,

Looks nice. I prefer oval tips like those. Yeah, mos def need to lower the mounting of the muffler/tips a little.

Thanks, guys.

I know not many ppl here like Tom's oval tips. And for the $1800+ spent on this, most of them will get the quad one instead.
Blitz is the best bang for the bucks and looks pretty nice, too.(maybe it looks a lot nicer than Tom's for some members. haha)

I'll have the muffler shop do a custom piping on the flat spot of the center pipe next week.

i think this setup looks especially nice where the tips are at an angle to the sides to be more flush with the bumper/lip

those fit very nicely and cover the gap. I really like your kit and it's sooooo clean.

Rich, Very nice. The oval is the best look IMHO. Especially with your rear lip.

That is the main reason that I had decideded to sell my Blitz and bought Tom's instead.

Hey Teeman
When you are tired of your Wald, we can exchange body kits.

I haven't found any other aftermarket oval tips that are cut at a angle to flush with our rear bumper very well except Tom's.

Hers are some pics of mufflers by other manufactures.
Maybe other members can give them a try.
There are more like TTE, ZEES,GANADOR and BLITZ...etc, but these three below are rarely seen even in Japan.
