Well guys, 700+ miles between the SLO meet and then palm Springs for our Sunday lunch and I must say that these pedals are nice and do feel better than stock. Lynette made the same comment. No mechanical issues whatsoever. These get my recommendation as a nice mod even though Lynette still is not completely sold on the looks.

I ordered a set of pedals last Thursday as well from gummysource. How long do you think they will take to receive?

Lee, how long did they take to get to you?

Asking those of you that have received your pedals espesially Lee the master.

Is the dead pedal alot bigger than the vinyl outline on the carpet?

Hi there,

Yes it is. This allows you to place it where you like and still covers up the vinyl portion.
Post some pics once installed.

Hey Pearl those look very nice indeed!

I also got a set of pedals - but I got mine from Ultimate Pedals http://www.ultimatepedals.com/ and they were almost double the cost of the ebay ones.

Anyway, I hesitated installing the gas pedal one as that pedal seems to be plastic and I was not sure that the aluminum pedal would be as secure on it as as the other two pedals (brake and parking brake pedals which are metal).

Is the gas pedal in the SC also plastic? At least I think mine is in my GS....................

Yes, the SC430 gas pedal is plastic as well which is why I recommend removing the pedal to install the new pedal. Things are tight in that corner IMO to get an accurate alignment. Also the back of the pedal has those plastic ridges so alignment is very critical. The gas pedal is the most difficult in the install.
The parking brake is a tad small IMO but fits fine. Be careful. As they say, "measure twice, drill once".
