Default SC430 Coilovers Located!

Yahoo! Finally got some coilovers ordered!

Steve at carson got me some JIC FLT-A2's

here is what they told Steve about the spring rates:

Good news, info from JIC!!

"We actually have the new FLT-A2 VIP spec coilovers for that car. The spring rates may seem higher, but the dampers are made to compensate and it is soft and luxurious. There is no need to switch the springs. IF he really insists on changing the spring rate, the spring rate exchange price is an additional $100.00, but he really doesn't have to do that. Please let me know what you think"

the MSRP on these is $1,950.00

I also ordered the Blitz Exhaust from him too.

This is interesting. How easy is it to lower the car with these? Are the dampeners adjustable like the Teins.?

I got them for $1,695.50

A little more expensive than the TEIN's but they are available and should ship this week.

The JICs are nice. Just curious why you did not go with the CS? Something different?

No doubt.

Last I checked (relatively recently) the CS are a little over 1 month wait to get from Japan. It is a moot point now anyway. You still got a good deal on a nice set of coilovers.
