Thanks so much for photo's
Would be happy with the guards filled as much as yours especially in the rear.
Cheers
....thanks alot....with the 19's, they will fill about the same, just remember the rim will be a be an inch taller, so you'll loose a bit of sidewall.I almost forgot to mention, that my car is lowered some also, but the offset of the wheel is what will help fill the wheeltub & bring the tire out closer to the fender. I've started to look at new wheels & will probably go up to 20's. I want 20x9 (f) & 20x10.5 (r) with offsets in the mid 20's

Default I think with the right 20's your car will sit right.

...tried to give you a couple different angles

Dont get me wrong it looks good now! But im curious to see what the 20 will look like on our color cars. Have you decided with the silver, steel metal gray or black faces or a combination of the colors or all chrome?

...my first choice would be a machined face with chrome lip. Here is another members car, that is the same color as ours & I love this look....of course I'm not going to copy him exactly , but something along this line is what I'm going to be looking for....

unless I get a deal that I can't refuse

I've seen that car on this site! I think it might be somewhere in the wheel fitment sticky on the top of the main page. If not there it's in the "pics of you SC (large photo)" thread. If you are able to contact the owner, please let us know what spoiler he has installed. I don't believe it to be OEM. Thanks.

Hello everyone! I just purchased my stock SC430 a week ago and i am ready to replace the pie plates for some aftermarket wheels. Talwang's chart was indeed helpful for me deciding the set up i am routing for, so here is the specs i have in mind:

F: 19x9.5 +22 with 235/40
R: 19x10.5 +22 with 265/35

It will be on stock suspension for now, coilovers will be next around Jan 2016. What do you guys think about the set-up? Thank you all!

....you'll be ok with that setup, especially since you're going the stock route in the beginning. The coilovers will allow you to drop it & find your sweet spot without rubbing also...good luck in your search

Thank you texsexlex! Also, on the rears i can push through 275 if i am not mistaken. Will this set-up be flush enough base on your experience?

...you can get away with 275's & I've seen members run 285's on the rear also. With the width & offset that you mentioned,I know you will be ok at stock height & 275's. After you lower it on the coilovers, then you can play with the adjustments to get it close as possible without rubbing.....also, if you've never changed your shocks out,you may rub some on bumpy roads & dips. I never felt like my shocks needed replacing, but after changing wheels/tires, it let me know by rubbing when i hit dips in the road
