19x9.5 et19 with 225 tires front
19x10 et22 with 245 tires rear.

These EASILY fit stock ride height and most likely a coilover style drop. I will probably upgrade to wider tires in the future. i was really nervous about the fronts, but they have alot of room.
Will post pictures when i get my H+R springs installed.

Hello,

I am putting IS350 18x8.5 rims on the front and rear. Can anyone tell me what is the widest tire that I can mount on them without rubbing in the front? Also what is a great set of tires for the money that I should purchase?

255/40/18 fit best, get the Hankook Ventus Evo12 (max summer performance), best performance for the money.

Justed ordered the Forgestar F05

The wheel is 19x8.5 +32mm Front & 19x10 +35 Rear, recommended tire are 245/35/19 F & 285/30/19 R, with this option the over all high is same as stock. I notice that the stock tire/wheel small on the SC430 with big gap from the fender. I'm thinking of putting 235/40/19 in F and 265/35/19 in the rear. With this size, it will create a minor stretch look on them depend on tire option. I leaning toward the Hankook Ventus evo 12 Max performance summer due to the review and rating

A buddy of mine picked up an '07 black on black SC430. He wants to get different wheels but he isn't interested in either lowering the car or going with a different tire size as the rubber on the car now is basically brand new.

However he would like to get a more flush fit with the sides of the car, particularly in the rear, as the stock rim widths and offsets give it a pretty tucked in look.

What's the recommended offset and rim width if he sticks with the OEM diameter?

Is there a way to manipulate Tirerack (or other site) to recommend wheels with a more aggressive offset? Looks like when I put in SC430, it only spits out wheels with a 40-45 mm offset. Anyone know of a better make/model that will recommend the same bolt configuration, but maybe with a 20mm offset so the wheels are more flush?

Question for the experts/experienced:

I think I found a design I like, and have 2 options:

1) 18x8.5 +25 on 255/40/18 all around

Concerns: Any rubbing with this set up? Car is not lowered yet. I figured I'd do that later. It's the same as having a 25mm spacers up front, right?

2) 19x9 +37 up front, 19x10 +37 in back

Concerns: The inside of the wheels would be closer to the struts, etc. It's only 6 mm inward at the front, but much more in the back. I figure the back doesn't turn so if it doesn't touch, it should be OK. I could always do 19x9 all around as well. Tire size recommendations?

1) would be cheaper and better for tire rotations, but it's still only 18".
2) is more expensive, but maybe looks better.

Which would you pick?

Thanks in advance.

19" will definity look better
19x9 +37 up front, 19x10 +37 in back will be just fine, there will be no rubbing if you choose the right tire. That setup is similar to mine 19x8.5 +32 & 19x10 +35

btw.....which wheel you are getting??

Here are 3 SC430 with 18s,19s, and 20s.

I tried to get pictures of the SC430 without any body kit.

I notice that 20s looks great with a body kit, but without a body kit the 20" looks like it over powers the lines of the SC.

Help needed guys..

I have been looking at a set of CE28N Volk Racing wheels for my 2010 SC.. The spec's offered are:-

Front Wheels:- 19x9.5 - +12, +22, +25, +36, +45
Rear Wheels:- 19x10.5 - +12, +22 +36

What would be the closest setting to flush i can reach without rubbing? I intend on lowering the car with Megan Coilovers soon.. Due to the nature of our roads, i wont be lowering too much, maybe and inch give or take.

Secondly, What tires should i go with, 245/35-19 - 275/30-19 or 255/35-19 - 285/30-19?

Thanks,
Moe

What would I need to do to fit these? I assume rolled fenders at a minimum. Would I need to run stretched tires in the rear?

20x9.5 +30 front. 20x10.5 +25 rear.

Hi CL members, I'm a newbie and need some help.

I want to put 20x9.5 fronts, 20x11 rears on my sc. My SC will be bagged and I don't know what type of tires to put on and what offset to have the wheels built. I know I will be doing fender mods. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

It also depends if the car is lowered or not looking at those pics. Thanks for posting the comparison.
