Re: Re: Anything to make 'er go faster!
Yeah, I've been planning on getting in touch with OLT about the conversion, just as soon as I lay my baby up for the winter. By the way, turning down the intensity of the dash has stopped the flickering.
True true, but I guess I was lichening mass qty to discount... and I'm all about getting the max value per dollar! Some might call it cheap; I look at it as more money to spend on the next upgrade
BUT as a sidenote, I do not advocate comprimising quality! This is in no reference to anything in particular.
I know this is off topic, but I'll redeem myself by adding/asking... ***************** - any chance of a group buy on any of their products? I apologize for not knowing who/what with reguards to GBs.

no need for a group buy, we have our own in house expert

I would say that getting new leather was the best thing I did to my car. I think this is the best option for a group buy for the following reasons:
1) There are real economies of scale in doing a group buy. The set-up time for the shop to make the seats takes a while, so they love it when they can put through several of the same pattern (even with different leather options). This means real savings to the manufacturer that can be passed onto customers.
2) The seat covers pack well and ship easily.
3) The cost is very realistic for most members ($500-600). It is cheap enough that many can afford it, but expensive enough that a 20% discount means some real savings for the members.
4) Some places like leatherseats.com have group discount programs in place already, so it will be a very easy deal to do.
5) Everyone needs it!

I know what you mean.. stock rotors don't look as good as slotted/drilled...
I'm definitely going drilled/slotted when these rotors get worn

I don't flame people do I? If I did I'm sorry I've never meant to flame people... we all have different tastes and goals with our vehicles... I'm by no means the top dog tuner so who am I to judge anyone?
I would love to have new leather too... but I want LSD first.... so I am being selfish... sorry...
