How fast have you gone in your SC
Here's one for everyone... What's the top speed you've gone in your SC? And where? Stock or do you have any mods? Just curious. I've had my Stock '93 up to 135mph on rt. 95 through Delaware when I drove it up to NJ from Fla. Let's here what everyone else has to say.
I love this little dude!

Awesome Lex! Both cars look sweet! I experienced the same thing at 135...felt like the engine still had plenty of pull. Just had to slow it down though, at those speeds it feels like you are flying...lol.

150mph over here in italy! And still felt like it was pulling. and I've done 260kmh in my 92 Honda Legend (Euro spec) The roads are so wide open here. My and my friend run in the 140's all the time he has a 91 Talon TSI. Its pretty quick also.

i did about 240 km/h with 4 people in the car incl. me and still accelerating.I looked at the speedo after i had taken my foot off the gas.....
i will NEVER do that again. I still feel bad for putting that much preasure on my baby. That was a hell of a rush especially showing the "L" on my trunk to the mazda MX6 and the Golf trying to keep up.

The gear ratio I was running was " sit down, shut up and hold on!"
Not sure on the gear ratio but 327hp to the FW will keep you climbing quick!
My Bro. in the in my X- RX-7 Turbo II was slowly fading as I chased the Viper on the way back from Moroso Palm Beach.
323GT's 2wd are famous for nasty top end. AKA Ford laser in Europe. These little cars in 1988 put down some decent performance, considering how restrictive the factory setup was.
For the 4-door sedan North American model, the B6T provided enough momentum to power the 2426-lb (1100kg) 323 GT from 0-60 mph in 7.4 seconds and a quarter mile of 15.9 seconds @ 86 mph (figures from Car and Driver August 1988). The lighter weight, reduced driveline inertia/frictional losses of the FWD vs the AWD model gave an obvious acceleration advantage. From a dead stop, this could be negated if wheelspin occurred. Top speed of the 323 GT was 127mph, which to me was quite impressive.
Power figures (North America) for the B6T in the 323 GT are 132 hp (98kw) @ 6,000 rpm and 136 lb-ft (185 N-m) @ 3,000 rpm. Maximum redline was 6500 rpm. IN STOCK FORM
