Hey guys I can get some brand new h and r coils for my sc that catch is I have to take it apart and put the stocks on at a junkyard a lot of work ?? Worth it how long would it roughly take ???

Assuming everything is in pretty good shape, you have all the necessary tools and a decent amount of space to work in I'd plan to spend a day swapping over. Take a friend or two if possible and you can probably have it knocked out in a few hours.
