You'll need to give us more info for an accurate answer. Looks like there was a lot of work put into this car, but without knowing what exactly was done its impossible to tell what someone would offer.
Tranny? Suspension? Mileage? Year? USDM or Japanese 2JZ? Internals? HP numbers? What does "restored body" mean? Clean title?
..basically we'll need that mod list that you're looking for, but seems like SC's like this go from anywhere $10-15k, maybe less, maybe more.

If it is tuned properly(you said its on stock fuel, 440s? 550s?), clean title, paint is as clean as it looks in the pics, immaculate interior, no smoke, leaks, problems, etc., I'd pay 12k for it. Maybe you can fetch 15k, as it is pretty cheap to build up these cars now a days.

Based on what I see market wise, if you paid for the labor, these cars fetch approximately 60-70% of what you put into them counting the car, parts and labor. A $20,000 build seems to sell at around $13,000 or so.
