Default Stock vs Yellow Narva Fog Light

Finally did the Narva Fog Lights upgrade over the weekend. This was first introduced in LexSc400's thread:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ight=narva+fog

The lights aren't too cheap, I think after shipping it was about $30-35? But if you want the bright yellow fog lights that you see on current Lexus these days, I think Narva's comes pretty close. By these pictures, you may not see too much difference, but the difference is definitely there... On w/ the pictures:

First one is the comparison between the stock and Narva bulbs:

It is much YELLOW'er, as apparent if you show the reflection as seen here:

thanks for the pics...i think i'll be getting these lights too, but there's a wattage difference, right?

i've been through 2 sets of "yellow" bulbs and both of them were barely any yellower and on both sets, one of the bulbs went out after a few months...

As you can tell, it was much darker by the time I finished both lights. I had a hard time releasing and putting back in the spring behind the bulb. It was hard to reach, can't see and you gota figure out how the spring works. I'd recommend using a mirror to see what's in there first before trying to take the bulb out. Was I happy with the mod? It's a nice improvement... may not be worth that kind of $ if you didn't really care much for the yellow.

I recommend the Philips 'Bluevision' , they would be your best bet!
They will also match very close to your low beams.
